Sarah Palmatier

About Me

Sarah is a leader and subject matter expert in the field of netFORUM business analysis, system requirements and training, with over 13 years in the association industry. Prior to joining the Avectra family in 1998 she was the database manager for an association, learning first-hand what it’s like to be an Avectra customer, managing event setup and registration, membership, committees, and financial reporting. With her roots in the Customer Support Department at Avectra, she has participated in all aspects of implementation: leading requirements meetings, writing SRAs, performing quality control, authoring documentation, and conducting training. She served several clients as a project manager before focusing on the development of Avectra’s Training Department. Additionally, in her role of Business Analyst, Sarah is very active in the SRA process with new clients. Her primary strength lies in her ability to understand a client’s business needs and translate them into a detailed AMS software requirement. Her extensive knowledge of netFORUM allows her to find baseline solutions where possible; she also works closely with the technical team to develop custom solutions when needed.

Sarah is happily married with a beautiful 11 year old daughter.  They live in Durham, NC, along with their 3 dogs.
