Walt Steele

About Me

Walt is an authority on database and business analysis. He has more than ten years of experience converting data and writing SQL reports and queries for netFORUM, with particular expertise in the areas of Accounting, Membership, Events, Exhibits, Certification, Subscriptions, and Advertising.  Walt also has four years of experience developing reports with Microsoft Reporting Services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie-Mellon University.  Walt is also DSK’s financial expert, having the distinction of passing the Certified Public Accountant exam.  Walt’s extensive knowledge of the netFORUM data model, together with his understanding of accounting and his experience in the association industry, make him an invaluable resource for data conversion, reporting and analytics.

Walt is a native of Nashville, TN but has resided in the DC area for 26 years.  He has been married to Patricia for 20 years; no kids but two cats.  Walt and Pat enjoy scuba diving and taking care of their back yard garden.
